William Reilly is a senior advisor to TPG Capital and founder of Aqua International, a private equity fund dedicated to investing in the water sector. He served as administrator of U.S. EPA (1989 to 1993), president of World Wildlife Fund and the Conservation Foundation, and on staff of the Council on Environmental Quality. He now serves on the boards of Royal Caribbean International, Energy Future Holdings, and the Packard Foundation. Previously, he served on the boards of DuPont, ConocoPhillips, and National Geographic Society, and co-chaired the National Commission on Energy Policy. In 2010, President Obama appointed him to co-chair the Commission on the BP Oil Spill, and in 2012 as a member of the Global Development Council.
